Just look at what happend with Brett Andersen (whom I'd bet my bottom dollar knew/hid his back injury), who gave up FA, by taking the league established qualifying offer for the 2016 season. He pitched 11.1innings to a 11.9ERA, gave up 25 hits.. all of that in 4 appearances in Sept. 4HRs, 4Walks and 4K's... It cost the Dodgers $15.xx Milliion for his 1 win and burned the bully in that stretch averaging just 3+inning/start.
