First, in compliance, the coaches have to sign declarations in great detail positively affirming certain things and denying others. It's a formal repetitive structured thing.

Second coaches are required to affirmatively report certain things both by contract and by-law.

Third to cover-up the crime the coach has to tell the players to lie and commit fraud.

Fourht, the place the coach was steering the players to was an illegal ponzi scheme violating Securities laws.

Fifth, California law prohibits the steering process to agents. The agents have affirmative reporting requirements.

There were specific recorded discussions wherein it was quite clear that the coach was bein paid to not report, not comply, commit fraud and get the players to do the same. I
