it's not supposed to be strenuous.  Strenuous makes you release stress hormones, which defeats the whole purpose of exercise in the first place.  


Some people are born with runner's boddies.  Some people are built for strength. Other's for speed.  It's your genetic makeup.  Find what works for you that doesn't seem strenuous and you are doing the right thing. 


All weight control is about intake.  95 percent of it at least. 5 percent is about any kind of exercise.


ps, I can't stand fat people.  Simply no reason to be fat .  NONE.  Thyroid my ass. sc  sc
