like apartment buildings, retail centers, warehouses, and office buildings. My guess is apartment buildings lose occupancy in low interest rate markets generally and retail centers are taking a big hit due to the online purchasing trend. Warehouses should be ok, but office buildings can be iffy with a lot more people telecommuting. 100% locations do well in all sectors, but the fringe stuff takes a beating.
