and the miidwest. In Alaska its not uncommon.

Where I've also seen it is in places with multiple dogs in the countryside.

I've never seen it in California except hunting with bird where we connect the dogs on a chain for a few minutes at a time for simplicity so they can see and be easily accessible without moving 7-8 dog crates.

Its not even illegal in some states like Alabama.

This newspaper report seems to think its a problem down yonder in redneckville Alabama.

I know many love labs; I like true bird dogs instead. Retrievers meh.
