Learn and understand how real estate pencils ourt Especially commercial and industrial. The ratios and formals that make it work. Yet every time I’ve sat down it doesn’t. I see debt. I see huge property taxes that eat up rent. Meanwhile my rent here just went from $2300 to $3000 a month and I’ve rented for 25 years. Long enough to own the place. Frustrating. Yet I’ve invested well in the stock market. I get good returns. And I can basically fabricate money within reason using options. So I guess we all can’t be good at everything and I’m glad I can do something
