Not surprising

I saw a development in Chino near El Prado GC. I played out there in the late 80's when there was nothing but 2 prisons and lots of cows not to mention flies and gnats. North of the women's prison and south of the muni airport they built a sub division. About 3 years ago a 3,000 sqft home went for $425,000, they are now at $600,000. On top of that, you get to pay $8500 a year in property taxes to live in the desert with dot heads, rag heads, slopes and 2 prisons, yeah ! And I bet the 91 freeway is still a fucking death trap nightmare clogged to the hilt everyday and night.
