ESPN on Duck football violation

By: TEE

• The football team posted personal information about prospects on an electronic reader board in the football facility during their visits to campus. Oregon compliance initially approved the practice, but the Pac-12 Conference contacted the Ducks and told them it might violate NCAA rules. The compliance staff then directed the football program to end the practice and self-reported the violation.,,,, Football program now on two year probation, along with track and basketball for some other sheet, per NCAA,,,, Football program still eligible for bowls. School was fined overall by the NCAA. There were some coaching restrictions for basketball teams. Cristabal needs to read the rules book himself and not rely on the UO compliance staff, they’re idiots and don’t know what their doing.
