The Los Angeles Rams won’t have an offensive coordinator in 2018 after losing Matt LaFleur to the Titans on Tuesday. Instead, they’ll have two coordinators – one to handle the run game and the other to control the passing attack.

After it was announced LaFleur was leaving for Tennessee, the Rams shared their plan to replace him. Sean McVay has promoted offensive line coach Aaron Kromer to run game coordinator and tight ends coach Shane Waldron to pass game coordinator, effectively making it a two-man job in L.A.
