I hope SC wins every game, too,


but with Helton at the helm that's a wish, not a plan.


Here are three things a good but not great coach does consistently, none of which has anything to do with the injury bug:


Develop players


Surround himself with top quality assistants


Manage the game well -- this includes use of timeouts, in-game adjustments to the schemes you didn't see on the scouting tapes, and discipline.
