If we're talking 100+ years of football, Oregon doesn't shine a light on UW or SC. No argument, of course.

But a better reflection on a football program in relation to real life--ie recruiting high school kids--is what has a school done in the last 20 to 25 years?  That is, since a kid has been alive.

That's much more relevant than a national championship won during the Reagan administration to most 18 year olds.

And if that's the case, Oregon usually is in the top 10 to 15, with USC ahead of that of course, and UW nowhere to be found.
