i have friends in TX that pay 600 to $1,000 per month in Austin.

De-Sal is a great standby source being looked at by several places that would use them only in sever drought periods.

Water districts have to have something like 30% over capacity to be ready at all times. Some have been built and are being built only to produce unused capacity. Cost isnt then as central untila drought, then you pay more.
