that OHT doesn't always post negative stuff. Only stands to reason based on the team's performance the last couple of years that most evaluations of the team and its head coach would be less than positive. But I do agree that this current staffing overall is the best its probably been in a while, and the financial commitment to paying the assistants is a huge step in the right direction. If Helton lets the coaches do their jobs, and the team takes on a more physical commitment, he can find success. Need to see more talent development and a stronger approach to practices. Fix those two things and he can find success again. I don't see him really in the natty chase, but he can be a rose bowl top ten HC at SC if he gets out of the way and hires good assistants.  IMHO
