Only stating that some evidence before accusations are thrown out is a good idea. If you are saying you feel that the circumstantial evidence based on prior history is enough, that can be made into a valid argument and those points should have been brought up in the original accusations.

 

i.e. Soros is likely behind this caravan because in 20xx he did this and in 20xx he was linked to that. Instead it's Soros is funding the carvan. Period. With no more than that it's nothing but a baseles accusation, true or not.

 

That's my opinion.
