In the end, activist judges are making orders about people and matters not before them.

Suzy sues in a federal court in Ca, then a judge rules the executive branch cant enforece bright letter law nationwide against anyone somewhat like Suzy, even though they arent suing or very much  like Suzy. 

I dont see how apiece fo legislation could modify statutue or otherwise to solidify that position.
