01/21/24 Another amazing stock market run.

Look at this 6 month chart. its historic and incredible. I hope all of you crushed it. At least with 401k and or IRA. You making money doesnt take away from me making money. The run started in November, precisely when the "experts" said the recession would hit. That's not a coincidence, it was manipulation. You know why the saying " scared money don't make money " is a cliche? Because it's true. The last 3 plus years confirms it.

I've got about 1/4 of mine in cash right now just sitting making 5.4%.

Wish I had all of it in TQQQ since November. But that's just me being greedy.

Speaking of which.

My calls for LRCX and TQQQ expire this coming Friday. Remember o asked you? Would you take $10,000 of you were forced to sell out for like a $150,000 gain?

At the time LRCX was about 760 so I sold Calls for 880. Its at 827 now.

Tqqq was $50 so I sold calls at 60. It's at 55 now

So we will see what the next week looks like before I do it again. At this rate will sell another month out for 930 or so with lrcx and 65 with tqqq. Pocket $12,000 and again. If they go up that much in a month then boo hooo. I'll pocket $150,000 on lrcx and $430,000 on tqqq and then start selling puts on case it turns around and heads back the other way

I have been selling stock for a couple of months, a little bit at a time and parking it in cash @ 5.14% yields. I still have quite a bit at risk in stocks. My non performing loan business is really starting to kick in and I plan to invest heavier there. Sounds like you're making good moves on the puts. That's something I would like to do this year.

I am sitting on 3.2 You may recall I cashed out of all my losers end of 23 because CPA was like well, you either are gonna out the nose or you need to create some losses.

So I didn't reinvest most of it because I am trying to buy a building in Colton for 3.9. Problem is Colton won't tell me if they can promise me half to a full acre foot of water a month. I am not bringing 20 jobs and investing in their town without a water source.

Meanwhile it all sits in SNAXX at 5.4%. I love SNAXX :-) That is my clean job. As opposed to my wifes joke about Dick's sporting goods.

But yeah as I sit and wonder whether there is a better alternative and TQQQ keeps going up I am getting fidgety. Like ok, if I am not meant to be a building owner then let's find a stock we like.
