Phoenix is full of people who could barely make it in California, who went there to "make a hundred grand off their homes and live like kings". Now that they have blown their cash on Dutch Bros. Milkshakes and Top Golf, they realized that the house they are in is in the middle of a shitty desert. SHould be some good buys soon and I am patiently wating, ready to pounce. Love those 55+ areas, as the turnover is typically low and the people are not too hard on the places, but those are not the ones selling.
