Hmm, surprised by the style. Thought CW would have bought a modern contemporary, lots of natural light style with high tech features. Not, the older, traditional, dark, antique furnishings style. I'm old and would not have picked that style. House does not have a home theater, instead ice ring?
Very nice house and beautiful view of the lake. Shoot that house in LA = $35 to $45 million. Great value.
