Rents are high, home prices are outrageous, I get that. Corporations have grabbed control of a lot of homes and they show no mercy in raising rents. I have two properties in unincorporated LA and the bullshet they are putting me thru is unreal. Those rent control laws have teeth against landlords they go after. Including fines, penalties and criminal charges. I had read that many small landlords would just sell if this passed.

Was shocked ca defeated another min wage increase. This one the dumbest of them all.
