Usedinventories are way up and prices are down. Ford and others are larging backing away from the EV stupidity. BTW, electricty prices are up around 15%.

You need oil to make energy to power EVs

No one wants them, esp if you are getting paid to buy one.

The worst part about driving an EV for a man is that you have to cruise around with the windows rolled up to keep all the gay guys from throwing their panties at you all the time.

I usually drive my truck, so if I had underwear thrown at me it would be full of holes and skid marks from the 4WD crowd. Not a fan of "cars" I like to have some room and not feel like my ass will hit the ground if I go too fast over a speed bump.

I'm looking at the Braptor right now. Prefer the Wrangler aesthetically, but the interior in the Bronco is so much roomier. And since I don't rock crawl, the smoother non drifting highway ride of the Bronco is so much better than the Jeep.

I’m getting killed on rivian and Tesla stock

Worse yet I have puts to buy rivian at 12.50 and Tesla at 180. Been working both down from 15 and 220 originally

Tesla over promises and under delivers. Meanwhile China bankrolls their u dusted and has all the rare metals there. Further. Tesla value was run up on incredible growth. Market leadership and the promise of auto robo taxis and high revenue from subscription services ala Apple. As well as new affordable profitable cars and the trucks. Cyber and semi

So what’s happened? None of the above. No robo taxis. The cyber truck is an ugly clunky thud whose major need was rusting in the rain week 1. Very nice. Semi is a gimmick. Not aware of any subscription services that have moved the profitability needle. Tesla no longer has market leadership in anything. Sales. Innovation. Styling. Sales also have stagnated. California ruined the solar market once the political whores for what they wanted. So the nations top solar market for Tesla fizzled.

Meanwhile I’m stuck with 3200 shares of it and 4300 of rivian. I should have a yard sale

My Tacoma gets 16 and holds about 16 so a fill up in oc costs about $90 and In the ie or hd about $80 For about 250 miles

Not sure I would stick with Rivian, I can't get into it, but they really don't seem to have a lot of scratch to put into building a product that will last long term.

Well think of this. I drive a Tacoma. And I own like 3200 shares of Tesla and 4300 of Rivian.

My Tacoma is in pristine shape but has 170,000’miles and I sell them at 200. So basically August of 25 I’m done Was hoping electrics would be far enough along to satisfy me. Toyota is like “eh we will get there”. After years of leading the charge in hybrids the big innovation for Tacoma 2024 was hybrid. Sent their mpg soaring from 16 to 22-23. lol smh. This is Toyota. How did they get so stodgy? We had old Tacoma’s back in like 92 that got 25-30.

Anyway. I own Tesla and think the cyber truck is a clown car.

I own rivian and think their truck is very impressive. If you haven’t seen one you should. But do I see paying $110,000 with options for a cool truck? No. I just don’t.

So. Imo they both have a huge problem I have all the $ in the world. I own stock in both companies. I need a freaking truck in the next year. And I have no intention of buying either. What does that tell you?
