I’m curious to know if El Salvador had their bitcoins with FTX. If they did, expect beaucoup caravans heading north. As you probably know ES is the first country to make Bitcoin an official currency and has bought $ 360 mill in Bitcoin in the last year. The idiot president kept saying he was “buying the dip”. Some big tennis shoes are waiting to drop in this mess. FTX is going to drag everyone in the sector down. Agree/disagree, why ?

Thanks Brad for the link. I’m not sure I believe it. Bukele himself has been silent about it on his Twitter. That link quotes something he told CZ. Bukele always tweets when he buys Bitcoin, “ bought more on the dip”, “bought more while I was naked out of the shower” but no comments directly from him on this. Best case scenario he had nothing stored with FTX but still gets hurt as collateral damage.
