I agree. The concept still works, but not the way some newby investors thought it would. The parttime bar security guard guy at the gym that borrowed on his moms house to buy three Airbnbs is gonna get “porked hard”. 😂 Don’t underestimate city powers to limit or heavily tax airbnbs. But long term rentals in demographic dense areas never miss.
