Can someone please explain to me how Phil Bickford is still on the Dodgers and not toiling in the minor leagues? He effing sucks.

. Relievers are cyclical you ride them while they are hot. Right now Bickford and Vesia are cold. Ferguson, Phillips, and Gonzales are all hot. What I really need to see is for the Dodgers to jump Thor. Noah. At this point I would rather give a top minor leaguer the opportunity to get experience and improve at the majorly level, rather than trying out Noah with his 6.5 ERA
