Took me forever to think of the answer. I was missing one team.
For about 60 years, from 1903 when the modern MLB as we know it was formed, to 1961 there were 16 teams. For the majority of that era, 11 of those teams were in 5 cities. Meaning we had multiple teams/city 5 times.
Name the OTHER 5 teams.

Were these all their original and current cities, no moves? Without looking up anything, I'll go with Cleveland, Cincinatti, Detroit, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. OK, I turned around and looked at the map on the wall. I had the Red Sox but I'm sure someone moved out of there, the Braves maybe.
Another hint. 14 of those 16 teams were in 6 states. Two states with 3 each
