The Yankees outdid themselves. I have been posting all series that they were the worst defensive World Series team I had ever seen. But I had no idea that they had the ability the dedication and the commitment to put all that ineptitude together into one colossally bad inning. mix in mental errors as well. Throw in a catchers interference, a P failing to cover first base on a shovel from the fielder and stepping off the rubber and throwing a lollipop to first for your third disengagement.

That’s in addition to the three physical errors like the MVP of the American League, dropping the easiest flyball that will ever be hit to him. There are a few flyballs that I truly think that I could handle in a major league game. because those outfields are huge. But that is one of them. And then the SS screwed up throw to third base.

Just carried on a long string of miscues and left field right field shortstop. First base second base catcher pitcher third base the entire team had fielding errors this World Series. That’s pretty incredible and I think Juan Soto might be one of the worst right fielders I’ve ever seen.

I didn’t think Treinan looked great. I was scared of Hudson because yesterday he was toast and his arm wouldn’t be any livelier today. Hudson. Like many relievers. Goes 9 games untouched.
