Strange comparison, different players. Mookie has as much or more power, otherwise Rickey is better everwhere else offensively. Rickey is a better hitter and the best baserunner of all time. Mookie is way better defensively. GG every year, great arm. Rickey had one of the worst arms in baseball, many 1st to 3rds on gappers. His arm was so bad I think he put the glove on the wrong hand: batted right, threw left.
Almost everything the one excels at the other is somewhere between below average to average. Didn't read the quote but the one way you could make the comparison is entire impact on a game. That is close.
