Mookie’s left hand fractured by 98mph fastball; Yamamoto has strained rotator cuff injury-not season ending

I’m just wondering how you strain something that’s a wear and tear injury. And I was told in my case they don’t get better. You just strengthen muscles around it. Maybe my doc was just a pessimist lol
