Is it possible that like a little leaguer who gets thrown out or beat? He makes more out of that injury than it was. Mostly because he’s disappointed.???
Yeah I am thinking the same. Not that I’m a doc. But the lack of concern after the game. Him playing announcement and then that video of him throwing both arms into the backpack straps.
I can promise you even though I was probably 15. And made of silly putty. When I decided to try a super hero judo move while the other dude was doing karate and held tightly to my wrist? And that shoulder absolutely popped out. I don’t know how soon I was back to doing whatever I did at 15. But I’m positive that hurt like an sob for at least a few days.
FYI: “Dry Swings” are swings taken with a bat at full speed without contact of a baseball. No hitting a ball off a tee, playing any variety of soft toss or pitches from a machine or live arm.
When Ohtani was on first and the announcer mentioned that he might run, my thought was that I wouldn’t have him run. I felt like it would be dumb to risk an injury up 3 so late in the game. I was thinking more about a twisted ankle bu sure enough he hurt himself nonetheless.
Hey buddy is just telling the press what Friedman wants them to know.
What I’d like to know is how Glasnows bullpens are going. And if he’s thrown any sins or instructional league stuff in Arizona. I’d love to see him back for late in the series when they see arms wear out. Same with Phillips. Both are the types at this stage where you could see them joining La a week into the World Series. After 5 games.
Drop flaherty off roster after game 5. Drop others who get heavily used. And see if Phillips and tyler can step up

Encouraging. Have to win at least 1 in NY. I prefer ending it there. The fans can have a parade.

you know if you look closely when Roberts speaks, you can see the string out the back of his neck move.

Roberts can be optimistic on injuries -- ex Glasnow, but that sounds like a go at least. He at least affects pitchers plan to attack the lineup.
