No I didn’t even think of that. I just know they gave up a lot for him. And that was surprised how much they got back for a one year rental of Soto to the yanks. Pretty sure Soto was a mid season pick up in 2022 and played through 23 with sd. I’m sure they tried to sign him. Unsuccessfully. And then flipped him to the Yankees while getting a year and a half of service out of him and two opportunities at the playoffs.
Someone told me that the Dodgers have three left handers coming out of the bullpen. Scott is one Vessier is another. I can’t think of the third can you? Phillips kopech and Blake are all rh. And even if you count casperius. Same. Anthony Banda. Is he lefty?.
Banda is a sidearming(3/4?) lefty and recently avoided arbitration. Dodgers avoided arbitration with all(4-5 players) that qualified for it, except Vesia.
I have them winning 87 games in 2025.
Crap you got me. I screen shot this and was going to post it yesterday but would up cleaning the aquarium while the game was on.
Love this graphic :-)
Gave alot away for Soto as well….
