No, that is not Pepperdine, but they have a pretty bad-ass little league field and park right across from the campus (the Lawn) that is similar to this set-up. It's on a bluff and not so close to the water, but pretty cool set-up. I think all the liberal locals made them take down the snack-shack that they built because it didn't jive with the local ambiance, which in my opinion is not very nice. I can't imagine the sadness when people save up for years to come to California on vacation and then drive through Malibu, and keep waiting for it to appear, only to find that the shithole construction site they just drove through, is indeed, Malibu, and then Gary Busey almost kills them when he cuts them off in his Prius.

hahahahaha THe BB field was the highlight of our campus tour and my boys were pretty wowed. But the rest of the campus and the whole Malibu community was pretty blah for them. Too far away from stuff and they knew they'd be 5th string at whatever position they played.

Great view though Problem is the campus tour is all about "look at this view" and at one point my son whispered to me "wonder if they have a school to sell or just a view" I figured he crossed them off at that point.
