Right looks like Graterol and Kopech are candidates for that. Not sure if River Ryan and Sheehan and other surgery guys are 40 man guys or not. Probably but quickly will hit the 60 day dl.

La is as I have said for years. Using the IL to stash players. MLB has tried to make changes to catch them or restrict them but La keeps playing the game.
One thing that bothers me is it appears La isn’t interested in using their minor league system for its intended purpose. I’m telling you. They better start developing young cheap talent now so when these heavy contracts age poorly they can remain competitive.
First one to age will be Freddie freeman. And I’m not sure who after that but I would guess will smith since he’s in the wrong side of 30 and catchers can’t catch 150 games a year
