He beat a woman, that is not in dispute. It may have been consensual but it wasn't just light slaps and hair pulling. He's into actual damage. I think that's how the players might be looking at it. For them, the bigger deal may have been his youtube channel, always recording in the clubhouse, on the field, in stadium tunnels, not really being a part of the team.
Under Clubhouse Law, there is no presumption of innocence.
