I don't think they trade Williams for anything less than Sheehan or Frasso subbing for Vargas or Busch. If they listen, I’d go Frasso, Stone, Busch for that.
Clase had an ERA around 3.3 and a WHIP of 1.16 for the Guardians in '23 when they were 76-86. A WHIP below 1.0 is HOF...1.0-1.2 is VERY good. Clase is only 25 and will make less than $3 mil for each of the next 3 years. The LAD are $15 mil below the CBT (luxury tax) right now. They can afford to trade for him and sign him to an extension. Hader (33 years old) is expected to sign for $20-$22 mil per year in his next contract.
