Treinan comes in and it’s weird. He didn’t look right. I didn’t think his movement was as nasty as the announcers said. I also thought he got screwed on some pitches. And Rizzo is such a punk. Totally turned. In to that. I’d have challenged it if they could.

And then they load the bases and pitch count goes up. Blake face gets worried.

And all the drama ends what. With 1-3 vesia pitches?

I just don’t think letting a guy throw 31 or 32 pitches the night after he’s thrown 22 or 24 is a really good idea. Especially for a team that was so focused on making sure that the Metz never saw the same guy twice and went several days between each batter seeing each relief pitcher it just seemed like a weird move for Robert to throw a guy that many pitches yesterday and come back with that many pitches tonight

Whatever. Yeah I had a much different attitude in the 9th than the 3rd. I called ballgame in the 3rd and considered going to Vons. By the 9th all my little childhood memories of 1977 and 1978 were coming back to haunt me
