Yeah, winning a national title in hoops is very, very difficult. Bruins are 8-8 against Kentucky, all-time. And Kentucky is the best college basketball program in history, overall, and they've "only" won 8 national titles. UNC is probably #2, and they've "only" won 6. Duke has won 5. The tournament is a minefield, and sometimes the ball just doesn't bounce your way. Yes, UCLA should have more titles than 11, I agree with that. But when you bring that up, a fan of a program that hasn't ever won a national title in basketball, well, it only makes you sound like a dumb dumb. A BIG dumb dumb.

By the way, what advantages does UCLA have that USC doesn't?
