Hey Cleats...Tim Cates was responding to a caller's claim that UCLA keeps losing out on some top, local recruits. They referenced 4* Marcus Adams from Narbonne HS, who said UCLA was his dream school and was considered a heavy lean, until Kansas came in with an offer and some serious NIL money. Adams was quoted as saying as much that he liked Kansas's NIL program. UCLA just has too many cheap bastards that won't put up the necessary $ to keep up with the Daddy Warbucks.
