Congrats USC women

Beat a very tough Michigan team 82-70. USC trailed all game. Juju double teamed. Held to 4 points at half. 3 fouls.

USC trailed by 10 at one point. By 3q was back and forth and in the 4th Michigan ran out of gas and usc went on a 14-0 run

Trojans are 28-2 2nd ranked. And very likely will face UcLA for the 3rd time in 3 weeks and 2nd time in a week tomorrow.

USC needs to be a 1 seed and at least 2 overall because there are 6 top teams in the country. Texas usc ucla notre dame UConn and South Carolina. Being the 1 or 2 overall means none of those teams would be in their regional. Easier path to the final 4.

So while it doesn’t “matter” tomorrow in that they wil still be a 1 or 2 seed. Makes the path to the final 4 easier if they win.
