I see a foul on the defender. His arms were out about 45 degrees before he brought them back to straight up. Looked like some contact to me.
The shooter did a good job of making it look like a foul acting it out pretty well by going to the floor. He initiated more contact than the defender IMO.
He came up underneath. I’ll say the same. Hope that didn’t decide a game
