I do not understand basketball officiating

I am bias but I'm not stupid. UGLY HC seems to determine very early what is going to be called and what is going to be ignored much better than Andy. UGLY couldn't becalled for an offensive charge no matter what they did. Do not understand dropping the shoulder and jumping into the defender to get free to shoot is not a foul. It is possible I do not understand how basketball is officiated. my bad.
