Jaylen, won’t get drafted and no one knows yet the repercussions of the achilles injury. Tyger, probably should return because I don’t see any chance of him playing in the NBA. JJJ, would certainly get drafted so it’s just a question of how much he loves playing at UCLA.
Amari, is just the player I thought he would be before the season even started. A ton of talent and could easily declare but I hope he comes back.
Adem, freshman of the year doesn’t look like a freshman with all kinds of raw talent that just needs to develop. He should return.

I believe this is what they call a “self-own”.
I doubt anyone is going to stick around unless they have to. UCLA sounds like they are in deep shit with NIL. Over on BRO it is like a time share seminar right now, high pressure NIL sales, just straight up calling people out as poor fans if they are doing anything other than signing up for a monthly stipend. And UCLA AD is getting nasty with the big donors to boot, trying to up the stakes and trying to cut off the money going to NIL to fund their bloated bureaucracy.
Edit: There is now anger and outrage within the Bruin Community that the NIL for the Men's BB and FB team is called MEN of Westwood, and not inclusive and welcoming to women who control a large amount of money and wish to donate. This will be destroyed from within before they can get the wheels off the ground.
Clark and Bona absolutely need to come back.
Clark's injury would prevent him from starting any kind of NBA career on the right, uh, foot. And until the NBA sees how he, uh, heals, he might not even get drafted. He needs another solid year of college ball. He may not be ready to start the 2023-24 season, but he should be ready to go early next year, and that'll give him a chance to get back into shape and show what kind of defender he is.
Bona is just too raw. Another year at UCLA would benefit him greatly.
If Bailey projects as even a late-1st round pick, he's history.
Time for Campbell and Jacquez to make some money playing in Europe or somewhere else. They'd both be really good players there. Despite being excellent college players, they aren't destined for the NBA. Jacquez could be a journeyman there, but he's too much of a tweener to make a significant contribution. Campbell didn't make 1st-team Pac 12 for three years in a row for nothing, but I don't see him in the NBA due to his size limitations.
Please please please come back Oompa Loompa and JJJ.
Praying as a Trojan fan. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
You will not win a Natty with those two. EVER. Just not athletic enough, especially defensively.
