The Heat had a few years the Cavs the Warriors. But hell, their run was a century compared to any other team in the last what, 20 years? 15 years?
It is a player's league indeed. Green and KD are not taking responsibility here. They are/were the leaders of the team(along with Curry) and blew up a possible dynasty, though KD might have been leaving anyway. I despise Kerr, like any red-blooded American, but the players run the league - this is a deflection/rationalization. Probably because they wanted to get along on the Olympic team.
