As you already pointed out with thst Plaschke article, he's certainly not untouchable. He'll get a pass this year because he has seven freshmen on his team, and he's a systems guy. He always has been, even at Cincinnati. If he doesn't get results next year in Big Ten play, he'll be on the hot seat I reckon.

As for his behavior, he's always been that way. If the players respond, great. If they don't, they won't play. It is what it is. He deserves some time to get this right. If he wears out his welcome, like Howland did, he'll be gone.
