But UCLA can't pay the $8 mil buyout plus the new coach's buyout. The donors hate Chip and would rather see him be exposed in 2024 than write him a check for $8 mil. I don't blame them.

Jarmond has a year to get Chip's replacement in place. If I were Lynn, I would stay and recruit what is left of the Hit Squad to stay. Have the defense in the Top 50 and get a few 4-star commits and he would be hard to beat.

That win over USC wasn't that big of a deal when viewed in context. Even a dickhead like Jar Jar must know this, especially given the overwhelming fan backlash.
