He is a Trojan Kaboom. Oregon did increase their NIL offer, depending on who you believe, to an amount exceeding USC. Oregon fans would say that seals the deal for them because playing for Klemm is special. But no predictions are flipping from any of the guys that get paid to predict this stuff. Its 100% USC. DAT was an anomaly.
