I don't live in Minneapolis. Look at my handle. Reading comprehension, my friend. I was saying that 's what people in the midwest are asking themselves when they watch the Rose Bowl
Gotta love those shots of the Bowl from blimp. I can't imagine the feeling of watching the Rose Bowl and seeing all the shots of sunny So-Cal (minus the homeless guy taking a dump in a coffee can) only to look out your own window and see nothing but frozen tundra and despair.
That's why so many people from the midwest live in SoCal. They watch the Rose Bowl and ask themselves, "What the hell am I doing here freezing my ass off?"
Worst part is that nobody could tell how many Utes were there except perhaps by volume (noise). That's what happens when you have a red/white team play a red/white team in the Rose Bowl. 😐
One of the best parts of the Rose Bowl every year I think is the visual reminder of how many fans from each team showed up when watching the broadcast.
Nice to see enthusiastic football fans. That is something missing at USC, Washington, UCLA, Stanford, Cal, and Colorado. Utah was totally outmatched on the talent level but they almost beat a team that is in the top 5 recruiting every year. It was a great game.
So why do you live in Minneapolis? I know why I live in Texas it is not CA.
