El Doctor strikes again. Gracias SC! Good news team. I just received a call from Grandson #1. He got accepted into USC' grad school with a full scholarship. Coming out of high school he was also accepted by USC. Thanks again to el doctor! You might recall that he was an undersized back up DE on Servite's State FB championship team in 2009. While at Servite he excelled in leadership positions and was offered a full ROTC scholarship to attend Boston University where he graduated #1 in his class and was the keynote speaker at the military graduation exercises. Subsequently he was promoted quickly from 2nd lieutenant to 1st lieutenant to Captain. Along the way he became an Army Ranger without missing a beat. An Army Ranger is the Army's equivalent of a Navy Seal. Subsequently, he was selected into a Special Forces training group where he graded #2 in the academic area and #1 in the athletic area. His grad school applications include Wharton, Duke and Kellog University.
My grandson is leaving the army because of a back injury he received while in training,
Thanks again El Doctor
Rangers do lead the way. Semper Fi!! Congrats ot your grandson.
Hurrah
“Rangers, lead the way !”, came the shout from the captain to the troops huddled in the sand together under an intense point blank barrage Of machine gun fire. And they did. Rangers lead the way , forever.
what a great moment for the legacy of the Rangers that May Day invasion provided. world war 2, the big one.congrats El T, I was going to ask for a grandson update from you last week.
Congratulations to your grandson, and please thank him for his service.
Nice and congrats. One correction, the Army Rangers are impressive dudes but they aren't anything like Navy Seals. Delta Force is the Army's elite special forces unit.
Very cool. Congrats
