I'm not sure comparisons to Cowherd are analogous. Isn't Finebaum on ESPN and Cowherd independent? PF and ESPN should ostensibly have some journalistic objectivity, but that is the hot take culture that pays the bills at ESPN. I think every morning a clown car pulls up in Bristol and 17 contorted "journalists" pile out of a VW bug. They go on air and compete to say the most outlandish sh*t
Cowherd did a 180 on the program over the offseason but even before that, I don't remember him calling for any HC's firing. And at the very least, Colin balances his more wild takes with great guest interviews and has the capacity to be professional. Chodebaum is trash.
Guys like RJ Young love OU, as does Skip but they still manage some kind of objectivity. Like I said above, Colin has never outright smeared another HC AFAIK.
Not hard to figure out. Finebaum is an SEC guy and one thing I've learned from living in the south for so long is that SEC fans pull for other SEC schools when they're playing someone from another conference. They call it SEC pride or some crap.
You are probably right, but I know Wifey and I were "rock stars" in Atlanta wearing USC gear the day after the Auburn game in 2003. We got kudos from folks in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, etc. gear all day long. We probably should have gone to a bar because we never would have bought a drink. BTW, the Auburn folks were fantastic before, during and after the game.
I am calling a USC win in this game, and it will be by 14+, with USC leading by 7 at half, and coming out of the break with a very quick score and stop on D, followed by points on every drive. LSU scores a TD and FG late to keep the score from a total blowout.
And Riley is the best QB coach in the business, USC fans are just playing coy on this, as if they will lose if the fans are overconfident on the internet. Just watch after they beat LSU, major Peacocking coming soon.

I shall call him...Pawl Chodebaum because his head looks like a chode.
Is Finebaum terminally ill? What a sick, wimpy, total pussy.....writer.
Cowherd openly roots for USC.
Finebaum is on the SEC Network, of course he is rooting for the SEC team
Paul is a SEC ballcupper. Hates SC, yet brought us up several times at SEC media days.
If SC wins this, I will hound his X account all year. Total douche

Fineburg has never actually touched a football, which is half of the reason why he’s wrong so much.
