I know a certain small school in the southern part of Georgia that has a coach who would be willing to break his contract for UW. I know, that's pretty low hanging fruit of a joke.
LA, there was no other course of action. Given more time? Losing to Montana by scoring just 7 points was the beginning of the end. The only suspense this season was if we were going to get more than 200 yards total offense in a game. We weren't getting any better from the beginning of the season.
The defense was still pretty good but after being on the field way too much due to the offense's constant 3 and outs, just wore down in the 2nd half. The defense, which still had areas of bad plays, still kept UW in most games until the end. Michigan did start putting the game away in the 3rd qtr though.
Bottom line, there is too much talent on UW's roster to be playing this way. As I told the Mrs yesterday after watching the Seahawk game, 'I just spent the last two days watching bad football'...
Some team will get a terrific DB coach soon. I thought Lake was just okay as a DC though.
CBS Sports says Graham Harrell might be an attractive option (For OC I think). He is going to be looking for work and he could bring a creative offense and LA recruiting ties to Seattle.

Any thoughts on this, mandb? Was it time, or should he have been given more time? Seems to me you Huskies are much better off now....
You guys dodged a bullet imo.
I’ll buy his ticket up there. Even on private jet.
How's this for a chuckle?
