USC offense. A - (minus because it appears Caleb doesn't take to coaching, for whatever reason).
USC defense. B- it's working even when it doesn't get turnovers. who would have guessed?
USC special teams. C Maybe they don't know you can fair catch a kickoff and get it at the 25.
very pleased with halftime adjustments.
This 6 and 0 team could very easily be 4 and 2, but it's NOT, and that's all that counts.
MVP of first half of the season. Travis DYE. That being said if Caleb's one man show goes down , the season ends. So nice to finally have a quarterback that can freaking MOVE.
Worst player on the team that for some unknown reason still gets way too much playing time. Number zero Corrie Foreman. Maybe he thinks he is playing basketball. Cause he sure looks like he's trying to guard whoever is blocking him.
6 an 0 is 6 and 0.
Now the real season starts. Winning half those games seems to be most likely. Can't stand when so called Trojans predict a loss in a specific game. Just bad juju. Tough to play in Utah. night game, loud, air is thin, mormons go nuts. SC has to play defense for two halves, something they haven't done. Caleb has to play smarter. good luck with that. SC doesn't match up well with the french whore's trenches. It's a math thing. Going to need turnovers that as last night showed, you can't plan for. And utla goes through the season every year for one game. Still all three are winnable. AZ is the trap game on the schedule. Colorado is the only for sure win. Cal at home , yawn.
I predicted 8 wins at the start of the season. Didn't think the D would be as bad in the first half of games or good in the second half. Have to stay healthy. Need the turnover gods to come back from vacation.
I predict USC will continue to be hard to, yet fun to watch for the second half of the season. That won't change.
9 wins. can't complain about that in any Coach's first year. building toward something special. Can never complain about that. sc
The defense is the reason we are 6-0. B- is too low. B+ is more realistic
10-2
Well that saved me a post. I dont see any traps. Utah is also artificial turf. And turf teams don’t translate well to grass. Both of us and utahs losses. Turf teams. Were on the road on grass. USC closest almost loss was a road turf game. Is it the road or the change of surface? I dunno. But it’s real.
been praising dye all year. USC needs to appeal to the ncaa for more years and use dtr as Precedent
foreman is the adoree jackson of dl. Didn’t realize you could
make de a non contact position. He should be the camera man. He’s in the best position to see tui gentry and fig make tackles for loss.
i had them at 8-4. 9-3 now. I don’t see cal at home being a loss. Colorado at home will be a nice bye. Az will be tougher than usc wants but an unimpressive 35-20 win
utah ucla nd. One of those 3 is a win. I don’t know the math or tiebreakers but I imagine if it’s one of the first two usc could wind up in the conference championship game. At this point the contenders are oregon ucla usc and Utah yes? Osu wsu Asu and most others have or will have two losses. So someone has to beat uo ucla or Utah twice Two of those. For usc to get in with one loss. Uo and ucla play. And uo and Utah play. Come to think of it. Uo only has to win one of those really. To get in. Who else will beat the ducks?
Good concession speech. Sort of regressed and hedged at the end but it’s a good start to the “I was wrong “ tour.
good post
thanks for reporting back after upping your meds and an apparently strong psychotherapy session
looking forward to more of the same
cheers!
