Seems like Barlow is slipping a bit and Brown is getting more buzz.

Does it matter? They will throw the ball 85% of the time with Dye getting token Carries and Williams picking up the slack on any broken plays or when the coverage is good. In the blowout games Dye and Jones will have a field day.

Oklahoma was a very balanced team under Riley. People don’t realize how run heavy they could be.

Per game averages:

2015- 44 rush 33 pass

2016- 44 rush 29 pass

2017- 39 rush 30 pass

2018- 37 rush 28 pass

2019- 40 rush 27 pass

2020- 38 rush 32 pass

2021- 34 rush 31 pass

There’s a reason they went after the RBs they did.

not really Riley loves to run the ball

and use running backs in the passing game which really makes those short throws just an extension of the running game. Dye and Jones both excel at catching passes out of the backfield.
